Terms & Conditions of delivery The below terms and conditions of sale covers all deliveries from ChiliHouse. ChiliHouse products are labelled according to Danish/EU regulations. Delivery and transport If all items are in stock the order will typically be sent within 3-6 weekdays. We import very specialised products from all over the world, which sometimes can result in longer delivery times. Delivery from ChiliHouse has taken place when the customer receive the package. The transportation will be letters/packages - allways the slowest/cheapest we can find. Inside Europe: The usual transportation time is 2-4 days from ChiliHouse to any customer Outside Europe: The usual transportation time is 10-12 days from ChiliHouse to any customer Risc The product risc is transferred to the customer at the time of delivery. Complaints If products are faulty or damaged, customers are obligated to complain immediately and supply proper decription of/documentation for the complaint. Price and payment ChiliHouse is legally registered inside the EU. Our VAT no. is DK 2974 9175 For EU countries our prices will include VAT - for all other countries prices will be excluded VAT - the system calculates this automatically based on your delivery country. Your credit card is charged when the package is sent from ChiliHouse (no package = no payment) Return policy ChiliHouse gives a 1 month return policy, from the day you receive your shipment. Christmas-shopping: All products received in November/December can be returned until mid January. You are obligated to return the product in the same condition as you received it. Costs in relation to returning ChiliHouse products are carried by the customer.
