Pepper puré - Cayenne (7/10)

The purest chili puré - only preserved with a little vinegar and salt.
Can be used as base for your own hot sauces or in cooking.

RECIPE - CHILI SAUCE:
1 dl chili puré + ½ dl vinegar + ½ dl sugar
Mix together until sugar is dissolved - tastes great!
