Mexico's national dish - easy to prepare!
RECIPE
A chicken 1,2-1,5 kg is cut into pieces and fried 10 minutes in 2-3 tblsp oil on a frying pan. Put the chicken in a small ovenproof dish.
In the frying pan, add ˝ liter water + 1 tsp salt + the content of this jar. Stir and let it boil lightly for a couple of minutes.
Then pour the Mole Poblano mixture over the chicken and put it in a 180°C oven for 60 minutes.....
Eat together with boiled rice or wheat tortillas
Vegetarian: Chicken is replaced with vegetables
Ingredients: Vegetable olie, sugar, Pasilla chili, Ancho chili, sesame seeds, almonds, corn flour, cocoa, sea salt, spices
